ASUG had the content, events, and community to lead the SAP user space, but the digital experience was scattered across it. The redesign pulled it into one connected platform, with a clear front door and a member portal built for return visits.
Everything ASUG offers now lives in one connected system.
The homepage leads with an editorial voice: articles, research, and events sit up front, organized so the scale of the community is obvious on arrival. It reads closer to an industry publication than an association website.
The content library got a real hierarchy: articles, research, podcasts, webcasts, and topic-based resources, filed by topic and format so members find what they came for instead of scrolling past it.
Learn, grow, and connect became the structure of the site.
Conferences, chapters, webcasts, and community programs stopped reading as listings. The design gives each one real visual weight, which makes the scale of the organization — and the case for membership — hard to miss.
The member portal became a reason to return.
The dashboard was the biggest swing: the logged-in experience is built around participation — personalized recommendations, saved content, suggested events, groups, Pathfinder progress, badges, levels, streaks, and a trophy room.
